We do not compromise on the quality of the counselling, and therefore our employees are also the best in the industry. Our advisers are always available, and it is our goal that our clients receive competent counselling from competent employees.

One of the things we value most about our employees is that they have the right communication skills. Of course, professionalism is also important, but it can be difficult to translate that professionalism into something meaningful to persons without the same professional background.

To many, pension schemes and non-life insurance are complicated and heavy topics, where there are many pitfalls and aspects that need to be taken into account. One of the most important things we look for in new employees is thus whether they can translate their professional competence into communication at eye level with the clients. You need to be able to embrace both talking to someone who knows everything about the subject and someone else who knows absolutely nothing about it.
