Pension plan in PFA
With the pension plan in PFA, we have:

PFA is an independent pension company which is under no obligation to generate a profit for its shareholders.
In addition to a pension savings, the scheme also includes several insurance coverages in the event of an accident or sick leave. The insurances cover you up to your state pension age, and you can adapt them to your individual needs:

| Pension Contribution | 10% paid by OX2 Denmark + 5% paid by yourself |

Investment of your pension funds

Health insurance – PFA
PFA Health Insurance is specialized in providing health care, and their core competence and focus is to ensure proper and prompt treatment of all health problems that require treatment – not only those that need to be covered by insurance. Claims are managed by nurses, doctors, and other professionals.
PFA Health Insurance provides proactive prevention and ensures that employees who may need additional help are taken care of, for example through targeted and individualized prevention or treatment programs.

Co-insurance of your family
As the health insurance at PFA Health includes collective coverage of children, your children under the age of 24 automatically are co-insured.
Further you have the possibility to co-insure your spouse/cohabiting partner by signing up at this link (in danish).
Health insurance for your spouse/cohabiting partner will be invoiced directly to you and the price for the insurance for spouse/cohabiting partner is DKK 2.496 pr. Year (2022)
